About Us
The Leuchars Aviation Group was formed in 1995 when a small group of aviation minded enthusiasts met, first in Balmullo, with the aim of forming a group to forward our hobby on a more formal basis than just meeting "over the fence" at RAF Leuchars.

Once ideas were thrashed out and the Group formed, we moved to our regular meeting place at St.Michaels Inn, by Leuchars, where we meet every second Tuesday of the month.

New members are always welcome. Either contact anyone on the Contacts page. or come along to St.Michaels Inn on the second Tuesday of the month.

Local RHAG
      Our magazine, the Local RHAG, is published bi-monthly and is distributed free to all paid up full members of the Group.

It contains details of visiting aircraft, a list of based aircraft, both at RAF Leuchars and RAF Lossiemouth, a gallery of members photographs, dates of future Group meetings, details of upcoming events, and short addresses from Chairperson, Secretary and Editor.

As well as receiving a hard copy, members with email addresses also receive an electronic version.

The Local RHAG is also distributed to various aviation groups throughout the country.
